We have built long term relationships with a small number of established clients.
Bunnings Warehouse (17 Years) – We have written the Mechanical Services Design & Construction Brief for Bunnings since 1997. We have been associated with the construction and/or refurbishment of more than 250 stores and retrofit of Thermal Comfort installations at more than 50 existing stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Smith & Tracey Architects (35 Years) – We have worked with Smith & Tracey for many years on countless projects. Recent projects include Padua College Chapel, Mornington Campus, Fatima College and Parish relocation to Besgrove Street, Hilllcrest Christian College, St. Agatha’s Primary School, Cranbourne, St. Patrick’s Primary School, Kilmore.
Regis Group Ltd. (12 Years) – We have been associated with the development of new and upgrade/extension of existing residences throughout Australia. Projects include Regis The Grange – Rosebud, Regis Shelton Manor – Frankston, Regis Sherwood Road – Cranbourne and preparation of documentation for Regis Weeroona Aged Care Residence proposed to be constructed at 400 Waverley Road, Malvern East.
Australian Unity – We provide design assistance and advice to Australian Unity Building Development Team, specifically for IT and Communications issues and peer review project services documentation.
We also provide advice on maintenance and energy efficiency issues for various Aged Care Providers. Regis Group and “not for profit organisations” including Baptcare, Caritas Care and Uniting Aged Care seek our advice on sensitive and critical issues affecting resident care and comfort.

Building Services Designer & Project Manager
Particular skills and passion includes design and documentation of Building Services projects. With extensive experience with many buildings over the extended life of projects I have been able to be involved with projects from the time of conception and feasibility assessment to post Defects Liability Period assessment and establishment of periodic preventative maintenance procedures.
