Benetas Heidelberg is a 120 bed Aged Care Residence. Accommodation is provided over 3 levels in 8 room apartments. Each apartment comprises a central lounge/dining area and a food servery. The central kitchen and laundry facilities are located at Basement Level. An underground carpark accommodates approximately 40 vehicles and service delivery access. The residence is fitted with VRV air-conditioning and natural gas fired hydronic heating.
