Repair Hub Brookvale

Crash Repair company Repair Hub moved into an existing industrial premises in Brookvale NSW.
The existing electrical infrastructure was dated and supply to Repair Hub tenancy was inadequate. The tenancy electricity supply upgrade necessitated the replacement of the Building Main Switchboard and Metering. Existing service cables from adjacent sub-station were reconnected, as were existing service cables to tenancies 2 and 3. New service cable was installed and connected to new Tenancy Main Switchboard within Repair Hub Tenancy.
This work was conducted over a single weekend with the 2 adjacent tenancies kept operational by a diesel generator. The project required coordination with Electricity Network Distributor Ausgrid and 3 separate electricity retailers. The building owner and all tenants have benefited from improved safety and supply reliability.
