Benetas Support Office

Benetas renewed their lease of a modest 1990s office building. They propose to remain in the building for the next 5 to 10 years.
Existing AC was retained albeit in marginal condition. Only minor modifications. The fluorescent lighting system was replaced with a highly efficient LED system. New Lighting is controlled by Organic Response System comprising occupancy, daylight and time control.
