This vacant 1990s 3 level office building was fully modernised. The existing lighting was removed and replaced with highly efficient LED lighting. New office area lighting is controlled by Philips sensor nodes located on each fitting. The original air-conditioning units were removed and replaced with new split ducted systems. Original supply and return air ductwork was retained and economy cycle controls were reinstated. Electrical installation was revised to provide multiple tenants on each level. New Main Switchboard, Tenancy Main Switchboard and Group Metering on each level and Tenancy Switchboards were provided. Existing Diesel generator was retained and reconfigured to run passenger lifts, common area lighting and NBN.
