The facility comprises over 15000 sq meters of retail and trade sales areas. The retail area was fully air-conditioned, with the trade area being ventilated only and the undercroft car park naturally ventilated. A modified smoke exhaust system was implemented throughout. Additionally, HVLS fans were provided in the entry area and above the travelator.
